Prayer Support - Pray for New Beginnings Board, Volunteers, and Clients as special needs arise. Email access is helpful. 

Nurse (RN or LPN)- Two nurses are needed to lead a shift and provide supervision for the staff and volunteers. Nurses also provide counseling, education and oversee pregnancy testing. Nurses provide first trimester limited ultrasound to determine viability and gestational age. (Training is provided by the medical staff of the center and through a five day training seminar paid for by the center.) Commitment of 3-4 hours per week needed.

Client Care Volunteer-  Meet and counsel with women in crisis pregnancy situations during a regularly scheduled shift each week. Training required. Commitment of 3-4 hours per week needed.

Earn While You Learn Mentor-  Meet with a young woman for one hour weekly classes designed to foster preparation for pregnancy, birth and parenting. Lessons are individualized with established curriculum available. Training required.

Client Care Volunteer - Meet and counsel with women in crisis pregnancy situations on open days. Training required. Commitment of hours needed.

Earn While You Learn Mentor - Teach women about their pregnancy and parenting utilizing the curriculum we have available. Training required.

Hotline Counselor - Be available on rotaion to answer 24 hour hotline in rotation. Training required

Center Support Volunteer - General Center Operation Needs such as: 

• Building and Grounds Maintenance
• Computer Entry
• Cleaning
• Wash donated items
• Men Mentors - Men to meet and mentor young men in crisis pregnancy situations on fatherhood skills.
• Church Liaisons - Be a liaison between your church and New Beginnings during special events and for publicity needs.
• Special Events Committee:
  • LifeWalk Committee
  • Banquet Committee
  • Baby Bottle Committee
