NewBeginnings Women’s Center has Ultrasound capability offering exams performed by medically-trained professionals. The non-diagnostic ultrasound is performed to confirm a viable pregnancy through the detection of a heartbeat and to determine how far along the pregnancy is.

Upon qualification, a free ultrasound exam is scheduled after an initial pregnancy test appointment.

The technology of sonography has been in existence for over 40 years and is still offering a "window to the womb" today. By using sound waves, a picture is created on the ultrasound screen, enabling a woman to see the baby growing inside of her.
